Dami Adesegha launched Sol Ecolution in early 2021 and is responsible for setting and executing the business’s renewable energy strategy across the 22 markets in which Sol operates. Under his tenure, Sol Ecolution has commenced the development of rooftop solar installations on a pipeline of over 100 Sol-owned sites and grown its pipeline to over 100MW of potential opportunities. Dami initially joined Parkland in 2016, serving on the Corporate Development (M&A) team first in Canada, and later in the Caribbean. While in Corporate Development, Dami was involved in over $1.5 billion of acquisitions and divestitures across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean.

Nick will support the execution of the Sol Ecolution projects across the Western Caribbean, including all aspects of Engineering, HSE, project management, and contractor management to facilitate safe, timely, and cost-effective completion of project initiatives. Nicholas has worked in various roles with ExxonMobil & Sol Petroleum Bermuda for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in Terminals, HSE, and Aviation operations. Nicholas is a Certified Construction Estimator with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors with an engineering background in marine & mechanical disciplines.

David Kaufman is the Group Manager of Sol Ecolution, where he leads the Tactical Opportunities organization from the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining Sol in July 2021, Mr. Kaufman worked for Shell in a variety of leadership roles across business units in Canada, the Netherlands, and the United States. Mr. Kaufman holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
